Perusahaan Umum Pembangunan Perumahan Nasional - Perum Perumnas (hereinafter referred to as "PERUMNAS") is the national housing company of Indonesia. PERUMNAS is a state-owned company and is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. The Company operates primarily as a housing and settlement providers in Indonesia. The Company provides Tailored Business Stream I (TBS I) : affordable housing and TBS II : Non affordable housing. The Company was established as a limited liability company under the Government Regulation No 29 of 1974, as amended by the Government Regulation No 12 of 1988, and refined by the Government Regulation No 15 of 2004, dated 10 May 2004. Headquartered in Jakarta, PERUMNAS now has 8 regional offices and 51 branch offices across Indonesia. As at the end of December 2014, PERUMNAS have a workforce of over 1,092 people.
In term of financial position, PERUMNAS succeeded in posting excellent financial performance in 2014. According to Perusahaan Umum Pembangunan Perumahan NasionalAnnual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, PERUMNAS managed to increase its total sales by 11.20% , from Rp1,203.67 billion in 2013 to Rp 1,338..50 billion in 2014. PERUMNAS’s profit for the year 2014 was Rp 133.85 billion, 42.59% higher than profit in 2013 of Rp 93.87 billion.

Requirements
- Background in Associate degree (D3), majoring in Civil Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Information System, Design, Business Communication, Accounting, Management, Taxation and Business Administration.
- Graduated from a reputable university (PTN/PTS) with an A study program accreditation.
- Strong academic results with minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale.
- Personal values: service excellence, passion, integrity, innovative, focus.
- Willing to be placed in all working areas of PERUMNAS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Maximum age of 23 years old on 31 December 2016.
