Requirements :
1. Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Informatic Management or Industrial Engineering or equivalent
2. At least 1 year of experience in the related field, fresh graduate are welcome apply
3. Strong knowledge of principles and process for providing customer services, including meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skill
5. Good level in English, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office application
