What you’ll do
- Define, monitor and measure product metrics and KPIs, and incorporate learnings into product definition and development process.
- Proactively Identify growth levers and implement an action plan to activate them.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Bootcamp.
    - Track and analyse key indicators such as completion, attendance, task submission, and satisfaction rate.
    - Quality control of the program via communication with relative teams.
    - Monitor the team and individual’s progress and well-being.

What you’ll need
- Interests in business development, project management or other relevant sectors
- BA/BS degree from top-tier school preferred (or currently at university for 4th grade)
- Native Bahasa and Fluent in English/Korean
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive networking skills and ability
- A creative mindset and enjoy putting in place initiatives to solve practical issues
- A technical background in engineering or computer science is a plus.
