Syarat Umum :1. Minimum education is to possess an engineering diploma degree (D3) with 8 years working experience or senior high school graduate (SMU) with 15 years working experience, both in construction execution, field HES management & supervision.
2. Minimum 5 years of which (with D3 degree) or 10 years of which (for SMU graduate), working in oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities.
3. The candidate shall have broad knowledge on HES management for field construction activities and construction equipment safety inspection practices.
4. The candidate shall be fully conversant with following aspects: lifting & rigging evaluation/calculation, shoring evaluation/calculation, scaffolding specification & installation, SOP/JSA development, BBS/NM/HI implementation, MVC prevention methods, RCA facilitation skill, etc.
5. The candidate shall possess valid training certificates from local organization on various field HES aspects, such as: lifting & rigging, scaffolding installation & inspection, SOP/JSA development, etc
6. The candidate shall demonstrate strong HES leadership and shall have high skills for facilitation & coordination, and networking
