Politeknik Caltex Riau invites qualified and highly motivated candidates to apply for the position of English Lecturer This role involves teaching English to higher education students and supporting the development of their communication skills for academic and professional purposes. The successful candidate will work closely with students and colleagues in a practical, industry-oriented learning environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning activities at Politeknik Caltex Riau

2. Maximum age at the time of application: 28 years for Master’s degree (S2) holders and 35 years for Doctoral degree (S3) holders with a minimum study program accreditation of B or “BAIK SEKALI”
3. Note: Applicants exceeding the age limit may still be considered if they demonstrate outstanding competencies or relevant industry/academic experience
4. Not currently bound by a service obligation or employment contract with any institution, organization, company, or higher education institution
5. Possess relevant scholarly publications
6. Able to work effectively in a team, demonstrate integrity, and show commitment to the Tri Dharma of Higher Education
7. Willing to work on a full-time basis

1. Minimum in Master's Degree (S2) in English education, applied linguistics, TESOL/TEFL, or similar discipline
2. Excellent proficiency of the English Language, demonstrated by one of the following: IELTS = 6.5, TOEFL iBT = 79, TOEIC  = 780, or CEFR = C1
3. Capable of developing a new curriculum including lesson plans, teaching materials, and a syllabus based on market demands and Outcome-Based Education (OBE)
4. Proficient in communicative and practice-oriented teaching methods
5. Strong teamwork abilities, flexibility, and dedication to the Tri Dharma of Higher Education
6. Having TESOL/TEFL/CELTA or other relevant certification is an advantage
